Now for the second part of our post. This past week was my spring break. I'm not exactly sure which part of it was supposed to be a break, but I managed to find some time to do some brew. They should both be ready for Deacon's Christening on April 18. If you'd like to see the process check here:

love the hat!! and he looks so excited opening his early b-day gifts! i remember last year at this time... i was watching march madness at a bar when i got the text from matt that "master heimburg" had arrived. :D it's been a fun year, huh?! take lots of birthday pics for us!!!

I really never new the beer process so that is verrry interesting and it looks fun and I am sure very rewarding and satisfying. Love Deacon's hat it looks so natural on him. What a big happy boy. Hugs & Kisses to all. Can't believe it's one whole year already. Aunt Di
